Hells entered the Hospital wing, her robes drawn around her, her face blank of all emotion. Ignoring the students already placed, she made her way over to the nurse who was busy changing some bed sheets. Addressing her quietly, she took her by the arm and led her to a corner where they could not be overheard. She needed to know how both Chase and Emilian were doing healthwise. It was time to sort out this sorry mess and punishment was going to be delivered one way or another.

Though Chase couldn't make out the words, he heard the Headmistress's voice and set aside the book he'd been reading. It was all well and good to pretend he was just lying around innocently, recovering, but he didn't feel like playing that game right now. He wanted out of the hospital wing, and he wanted to know that Emilian would be taken care of.

Emilian had been going insane from boredom when he absently watched a new woman come into the Hospital wing. An old paper and an issue of The Quibbler from a year prior had been the only things to keep him busy, that is, other than the scroll from Adara which he had taken to keeping by his side, and so even the faint whispers from the woman were a welcome distraction. At one point he heard, however softly, the nurse call the woman Headmistress and a feeling of bone-deep dread seeped into him. Even though he had known that it was inevitable, he was still nervous about the whole encounter.

Hells listened to the nurse intently, albeit aware that the room's attention was now on her. Nodding, she was relieved to hear that both students could soon be released from their beds and able to face their consequences. Thanking her and agreeing to make sure the students take their meds, Hells took the drinks from the nurse and turned to face the wing. Carefully she made her way to Chase's bed, who appeared ready for her arrival.
Handing him a drink, she ignored the chair nearby, deciding to remain standing. "Hello Chase," Hells began, "I won't bother with questions of your health. I think we can both see you are itching to get out of here, regardless of how you are feeling." She raised an eyebrow, but continued nevertheless. "As you are aware, I've had to decide on your future at this school. I asked you to do something and you disregarded that and went ahead and did it anyway. However.." Hells paused, as she opened her robe slightly, "Considering the circumstances, I have decided you may stay at the school. But I need to make this clear to you. If you are caught or get into anymore trouble, then you will be expelled. Do you understand?" Her face was stern and severe as she stood over Chase and looked down on him, awaiting his response.

Despite his best intentions to appear innocent, one of Chase's brows arched, and his eyes gleamed with the faintest sheen of crimson. All that and he was getting a slap on the wrist? He wanted to crow for victory, or maybe burst into laughter from nerves. He refrained. Instead, he nodded, wondering a moment if this was a bad time to ask for his wand to be returned. The question hovered impatiently on his tongue even as he denied himself the asking; he didn't want to push his incredibly massive luck. "I'll behave," he said mildly. He'd already decided that killing Emilian wasn't worth it, aside from the threat of expulsion and Azkaban, so that much was true. Chase set aside the glass the Headmistress had brought him without so much as a thought.

Emilian watched them talking, straining to hear what the Headmistress said but most of what he heard was quiet as a whisper. From what he could see of Chase's reaction he hadn't gotten the punishment Emilian thought he deserved. He started fiddling with the edge of the scroll as he watched. Whatever punishment came his way, he'd accept, but the uncertainty was what was driving him insane.

Slipping a hand into her partially opened robe, Hells drew out Chase's wand and held it out to him. "Don't let me down again Chase." She said, relinquishing her hold on his wand. "I do mean what I said. Now, the nurse said you can leave once I had finished. I expect you'll probably want to get some fresh air or something, stretch the legs, have a good think. You have a lot of responsibility now. Don't let me regret agreeing to make you Head boy now." Hells gave a small smile to Chase, before securing her robes. "I'll be popping into the Prefects common room in the next couple of weeks, see how you are getting on with things.." Without waiting for a reply, Hells turned and began to make her way to Emilian's bed, reassured she had made the right decision.

Chase held back until the moment the Headmistress's back was turned, then his lips spread into a wide grin. Not only had he gotten away with everything, he'd been made Head Boy on top of it. His desire to stay and listen in on what happened to Emilian warred with his desire to get out of here, but Chase found himself moving; slowly, but moving. He made sure the Headmistress was facing away from him, then sent Emilian a rude gesture that'd be easy to recognize across the room. Then he tucked away his wand, grabbed the now dog-eared book Dru had given him, and headed out the door without a backward glance. He could find out what happened to Emilian later.

Emilian glared at Chase but couldn't do anything in retaliation, not with the Headmistress there watching him. He looked up and watched her coming, a heavy feeling in his chest about what was getting ready to happen. He pushed himself up, sitting cross-legged, and tried to not think about the possible questions she would ask, or what, if anything, she wanted from him.

Hells made her way over to Emilian, neither rushing nor slowing in her gait. Her face was clear of expression as she finally reached her destination, aware that Emilian was waiting for her. Handing him the drink the nurse had asked her to pass on to her patients, Hells stood back and crossed her arms infront of her chest. "There have been some serious allegations against you Emilian." Hells began, looking directly at the young man in front of her. "Allegations that cannot just be swept under the carpet and ignored. Not that I would want to." She frowned at him, looking out for any response in his face. "To say I am disgusted is an understatement. Do you have anything to say in your defence before I continue?" She asked him.

Emilian held the drink in front of him, his arms resting on his thighs, as he listened to her. He looked into her eyes levelly while she spoke. "No, why say something in defense when we both know what I've done?" he asked, watching her for a reaction. If she asked questions, he would answer, but to that particular question, he had no reply, to try and defend himself wouldn't help his case in the slightest.

Opening up her robes, Hells pulled out a rolled up piece of parchment and handed it to Emilian. "In that case, I'm here to tell you what will happen." She stepped forward so she was closer to Emilian. "You are expelled from my school. I do not want to see you walking it's corridors or wandering it's grounds. You are to pack at once and leave straight away. Do not stop to talk to anyone. Where you go, that is now your problem. There are some things in my school that I cannot accept, and Rapists are one of them." Hells paused and stepped back from him, repulsed by his attitude. "Have you got any questions?"

It was nothing more than he expected. Emilian was silent a moment, and forced down the question that came first to his mind. "Do I get my wand back?" he asked, thinking it unlikely, although, unless the government said he wasn't allowed a wand any more, he would be able to go and buy a new one. He would leave, would go down to the town and find somewhere to live and something to do, get some money from home, he would be fine.

Hells handed Emilian's wand back grudgingly. "Don't even think of getting revenge on my students Emilian. So far you have only had to deal with Chase, don't turn this into a battle with those more advanced and mature then yourself. It will be a sureway plan to get yourself into Azkaban." Sweeping her robes around her, Hells looked stern. "I will leave you to gather your belongings. Don't take too long Emilian. I want you out within the hour." With that, Hells turned and swept out of the hospital wing.

Emilian fingered his wand and thought. He hadn't brought much with him, and everything fit neatly into a small bag once it was all shrunk down to size, so it wouldn't take him much time to get out of the Castle. Revenge, why would he want revenge? It wasn't like he had wanted to gain anything from the school anyway. He pushed himself out of the bed, setting the drink on the table beside the bed and taking the scroll. He ran a hand through his hair, mourning the fact that he hadn't set eyes on a mirror his whole stay, and walked out of the room to go get his things, sliding his wand into his waistband as he walked.
