Speaking of cool names, Helle Elise
Ocean noticed Helle's hand jerk as it moved forward. Gently gripping Helle's hand Ocean gave a small shake, hoping a gentle handshake would calm the girls nerves. "Just so you know" Ocean smiled "I think Helle Elise is a really cool name."

"Thanks," Helle said. She was glad when she had her hand back. It didn't occur to her to refuse the handshake, or even to say that physical contact was hard for her. She'd always had issues like that, and until a few years ago, refusing anything had been a recipe for trouble.
"So what House are you in? I know it's not Hufflepuff." Helle was in Hufflepuff, and it was probably obvious by her yellow-and-black-striped tie, and the yellow prefect badge pinned to her sweater. She was one of the few who wore her uniform every day. She was a good example, and drew less attention as a prefect than as one of the Blackwood-Hardt bunch.

"I'm a Gryffindor" Ocean answered. She rarely wore any part of her uniform finding it to conforming and creatively restricting. Oceans eyes flickered to Helle's Prefect badge, just noticing it. Mentally Ocean gave herself a face palm for spilling how much trouble she got into, to a Prefect. Ocean also noticed how relieved Helle seemed to be after the handshake ended. "You know" Ocean offered "If you feel uncomfortable shaking my hand or something, you can say no." Ocean didn't want to scare off a potential friend.
Although Ocean didn't want to admit it, a small part in the back of Oceans mind thought That's how you react when people pull out their wands too quickly.

Helle looked down and away. "It's okay, really," she said. But she'd keep in mind that she could say no to Ocean in the future. "Um, my brother Kai is in Gryffindor. He's a third year." People said they looked a lot alike, but aside from their hair and eye color, she didn't really see it. "None of the others are school age yet."
