Keith grinned, "The Dr., definitely. You were sexy as hell in my gear." His grin turned a little cynical then. "Make Michael Rocky." He really couldn't see Michael dressing like that, but it was an amusing thought, to say the least. He was determined to have fun with it, even if he knew he wouldn't be able to get Rowan to go.

Dare gave a surprised bark of laughter and flushed at the compliment. There was nothing he could say about Michael dressing as Rocky, and it was a sign of his imagination more than Michael's personality that he could see it. "Okay, I'll do Frankenfurter, but I see Michael as more of a Brad. I'm suggesting Rocky to him, though." Enough strange things had happened lately, so why not?

"Well, there is that scene with Frankie and Brad," Keith pointed out. He wouldn't mind getting an eyeful of Michael, though, however unlikely it seemed. "Too bad I probably won't be able to talk Rowan into coming." He would mention it, but he refused to hope. It would be fun enough with Dare and Michael.

Dare shook his head. Rowan was all kinds of mixed up, and Dare would have felt sorry for Keith if the guy didn't thrive on difficulty. He hadn't thouught of it that way before, but Keith even liked his sex life to be difficult. Maybe Rowan was more Keith's style than he'd thought. "It'll be great, whoever goes," he said. "Am I going to get laughed out of the theater for not knowing the words?"

A secretive, knowing look passed over Keith's face as he shook his head. "No, every third person is a virgin at these things," he said, then added, "to the movie, that is." There was of course a little bit of hazing, but it was all in good fun and it was just part of the surprise. "And I'll be sure to bring props for us, you'll know when to use them."

"Okay," Dare said, suspicious, but unwilling to ask. His suspicion didn't make him want in any less, however. If anything, he was more eager than before, and excited enough at the entire idea that the little vine was straining in its pot to get to him. He paid it no attention. "Okay, so we're going out," he said at last. "You'll be helping me find this costume." He suddenly thought about what he'd be wearing and nearly laughed.

Keith nodded, "I will, I have some of it, but we'll have to go out and get you about half of it." He had no reason to have a full costume, and the pieces he did have were just things he had picked up over the years, not things he had chosen purely because they fit into the character.

"Sounds good," Dare said, though he couldn't imagine what Keith had that would fit him. "We can go Saturday, if you're not doing anything. That'll give me time to talk to Michael, see what he wants to do." He wondered if there was anything he could possibly bribe his husband with that would get him dressed as Rocky for a night, but doubted it.

Keith was sure that between the two of them they could transfigure and charm their way through the few things he had to make them fit for Dare. He nodded, "Sure, I'm going to talk to Rowan before then, and I'll get back to you." As far as he knew nothing was happening that weekend, but he was sure that Dare would understand if he wanted to postpone in favor of spending some time with Rowan.

"You know where to find me," Dare said. He pushed away from the table and went to pull back on his outdoor clothes. He got odd looks sometimes for it, but it was well worth not constantly having goose bumps. In a few minutes, he'd said goodbye to Keith and headed out, his mind on convincing Michael.
