Keith hadn't seen Dare since their last little chat and was curious as to how the experiment was going. He didn't feel comfortable enough going to Dare's home yet, so he was knocking on the door to Dare's office. He was highly interested in finding out what Dare's thoughts on the items he'd borrowed was.

Just the sound of the door was enough to put Dare on alert. The first thing on his mind was another student wanting extra credit. Either he was more wired than he realized, or the girls were a lot easier than they'd been when he was a student. "Just a minute!" He'd need the time to reign himself in. And maybe to see, just once more, if he could get anything to shift.
He couldn't, and so he pulled his professors' robes closed to hide the baggy jeans he felt naked in—the irony didn't amuse him—and went to answer the door.
Dare's eyes brightened and relief swept through him at the sight of Keith. "Hey, what's up?" Keith was looking good, and Dare had to work to control his eyes as he stepped back a bit. "Come in," he said, gesturing.

Keith gave an immediate knowing smile at seeing Dare as he walked into the office. "Nothing really, how's it going?" he asked, raising an eyebrow as his eyes flicked quickly down, with no worry of controlling them. He remembered his first venture into chastity. It had been a rough road, but it had only taken a couple of weeks to get addicted to it.

"Good," Dare said, closing the door behind Keith. "Really good. It's driving me crazy, and Michael's having way too much fun with the key, but I'm getting a lot done." The excess energy was going into fancier meals at home, keeping the house a bit cleaner, and he'd started painting. "I get to kiss him after, and touch his hair..."

Keith nodded, taking a seat uninvited. "It's good, isn't it? I got that before graduation, a gift from the man I was dating at the time. Made me wear it during my N.E.W.T.s," he said, shaking his head. "After was always the best." He didn't see why it would be any different than Dare. It had always been a fun game to play.

Dare shook his head. "I couldn't have done that. My concentration's shot. I've given out more extra credit than I ever got, but damn, just the right look..." He trailed off, thinking about that Ravenclaw he'd seen between his first two classes that morning. It took an effort to snap out of it, and then he was left with Keith, who had the most interesting eyes...
"So, yeah, I'm going shopping this weekend."

Keith's eyes sparkled. "Do you need some help? I'm sure I know some people that could point us to a good shop in London." He'd loved the control needed to concentrate on his exams while under his boyfriend's control, he thrived on it. "A curtained off alcove won't have everything you're looking for." Not that he could just assume Dare was looking for more than a key and lock of his own.

"Yeah," Dare said. "Sounds good, I'll just clear it with Michael, make sure he didn't want to do anything." If, by some freakish chance, Michael was beginning to feel amorous from the week they' been having, Dare was staying home, no question. Or if Michael wanted to go out or do something around home. But that was by-the-by.

"Just send me an owl or stop by, Matthew probably wants to hang out this weekend, since I went out with Rowan last weekend, so I might have to bring him along," Keith said. He paused, debating. "I'm sorry if he acted out or whatever when you were there, that's just how he is." He had apologized for Matthew too often in the past. Maybe this whole dating experiment was a chance to teach Matthew to grow up.

"Yeah, it's no problem," Dare said. "If I came home and some guy was sitting with Michael on our bed, I'd have some questions." And they'd probably be asked with a sore fist. Dare's eyes flashed, even suggesting it. He was silent a moment before he moved to lean against his desk near Keith. Really, the guy was a lot better looking than he'd thought last time.

Keith shrugged, "Totally understandable. Hopefully Matthew will chill out next time he meets you. If he goes with us to a shop it'll be interesting, at least." Matthew really enjoyed going to those places, and somehow Keith always ended up buying something because of him, a large reason he had such a collection now.

"I wish I knew someone to drag along," Dare said. "Wish I could drag Michael along, but I can't. I just hate being the odd man out, you know?" Even if Matthew didn't completely ignore him, he wouldn't expect Keith to ignore his boyfriend to talk to him about sex toys. It was weird enough as it was. Dare ruffled his hair. He seriously didn't have any friends he could take.

"I know," Keith said. "I won't ignore you, promise. You don't have anyone? But didn't you say Michael was having fun with the key? So you told him, how'd that go?" If Michael was okay with it, then he didn't see an issue with bringing Michael. Although, he knew that going to a shop was different than trying something in the privacy of a bedroom.

Dare's attention returned to Keith. "Oh, it was easy," he said. "I told him and he freaked out a little, but he was okay with it. No, the problem is he gets tired so fast, can't stay on his feet too long." Sometimes even class was enough to make his ankles swell up, and Dare couldn't do that to him. Dare settled the remainder of his weight against the desk. "I've been here three years and I don't have any friends," he said, amazed and disheartened.

"That's bull," Keith said, shaking his head. "The no friends thing, not the Michael thing. Well, you can have me. We'll pull you out." Even if those friends ended up being outside of the school, he could get Dare involved with other people, on a friends level. "You can meet some of my old friends, get together with your and Rowan."
