Daj almost laughed "Probably, I could take that as an insult and at the very least a challenge." She knew she could definately beat him but that didn't mean the whole thing would be any less fun actually it would be just like racing against herself and there would just happen to be someone else there "What stroke."

Jacob smiled "Now that part i dont know about, competiton swimming is a muggle thing, I am pure blood. I have heard about competition swimming from Ryan but he hasnt told me anything like that."

Daj shrugged "Ok then do whatever stroke you know how and I'll try to do one that is naturally a bit slower. Though if you start dog paddling I'll have to give you up as a hopeless cause. And fyi muggles know how to do all the fun stuff."

Jacob smiled "I know how to do more than dog paddle, swimming isnt just a muggle thing, just the competition is, and yea muggles do have alot of fun stuff, Ryan has tought me alot about the muggle world"

Daj smiled "Good for you. Ready set go." She said beginning to swim an easy backstroke she would give him a bit of time to get started all in the name of fairness and good sportsmanship of course.

Jacob started swimming in one of the only ways he knew how and quickly passed Daj as he continued down the pool.

Daj waited a few seconds before switching to butterfly and actually started moving at a normal pace she caught up with Jacob and then slowed slightly in order to keep pace with him. This was actually a bit of fun.

((Its Jacob not Ryan  ... i know you get them confused though, ive done that too.)) Jacob kept going trying to at least make it close, knowing that she was the better swimmer. As the neared the edge of the pool Jacob tried to speed up. |

Daj put on a burst of speed seeing that he was actually trying to win it and smiled as she grabbed the wall. She would have to swim with him more maybe with enough practice he could swim against her when she was trying and have a chance "Your a good sport."

Daj smiled back "That's the spirit. So how long have you been going here." She said sliding out of the pool and setting on the ledge looking down at him.
