"Wow." Verity said with a sigh. She needed this night desperately. It was becoming more and more obvious that somewhere in between her start at Hogwarts and when she started running the Three Broomsticks she had lost her life altogether. She needed to get out and let go, but maybe not to the extent she had before. Mostly, she needed to have fun. "I can't imagine partying with any of the teachers." She was still trying to wrap her head around the fact that they were young and hot, but she couldn't imagine partying with any of them.

"Well, if I get invited to their anniversary thingy this summer, I'll bring you. Maybe you can keep me from going home with someone again." Well, at least someone he didn't know. Jory had come to terms with his experience, though he couldn't figure out if he was okay with it or had just accepted it and moved on.

Verity smiled and nodded. "Definitely!" She said before reminding herself that she, too, wouldn't be allowed to go home with anyone if that was the case. Maybe she wasn't the best person for this job after all...No. She could do it. It would be a good thing for her. "One of them is knocked up, right?" Verity asked. She had heard rumors but she was never good at figuring that kind of thing out.

"Huh?" Jory asked, eyebrows raising as he tried to pull his mind to a more appropriate place. "Oh, yeah, I heard they were having a kid, but since they're both guys I don't know how they're supposed to be having a kid. I heard Michael's been visiting Dare's office a ton lately, if you know what I mean."

Verity giggled. Was that even allowed? During school? Was it different because they were married? These questions and more flooded Verity's mind, a couple making her blush. "I don't know how they're doing it, but I guess they are." She said with a shrug. "Maybe they'll need babysitters!" She had never actually been around a baby but she and Celyn could have soooo much fun taking care of the little thing.

Jory laughed again, "If how all over each other they were at the club that one time is anything like they are normally, they'll definitely need a babysitter." And they had been all over each other that night, it was like they didn't even remember that they were being watched a lot of the time. "I'm not offering, though."

Verity's eyes grew wide. She suddenly desperately wished that she had been there to see it. Well...not see it per say but it would've been interesting. Verity had it in her little head that professors didn't have a life outside of school. She knew that wasn't right because some of them came to the Three Broomsticks for after-work drinks, but she still thought it was weird when she saw them outside of the classroom. "In the club?" Verity repeated incredulously. She had known some people to lose control in a club. It was easy enough to do, but usually they had the decency t at least find a room of some kind. She wondered if maybe they went clubbing regularly. She had the tiniest glimmer of hope in her eyes that maybe they'd run into them accidentally at the club.

Jory grinned and nodded. "Oh yeah. We had this VIP room, the club was called Queerditch Marsh, and we all did like drinking games. I dared Dare to melt an ice cube with someone else and he and Michael snogged it away." Not that he had watched the whole time, he had been thoroughly distracted by Robbie.

"Whaa---" Verity's jaw hung open. She didn't know which part she found more ridiculous. There was the part where he actually got to go clubbing with professors or the part where they totally just went at it in front of everyone. "I mean, I guess it makes sense." She said finally as it sank in. "They're not exactly old enough to just sit around at home playing checkers all day or anything." Teachers had lives. She was skeptical at first, but it was getting easier to understand.

"It was hot," Jory said, grinning. "Well, what I saw of it was, anyway. I was sitting in Robbie's lap and he was doing his best to distract me." Not that he had been being entirely innocent, either. He had been getting whatever touches he could get out of it, with the drinks in his body pushing him further and further.

Verity grinned and nodded along. She could only imagine. When she opened her mouth to speak, she was suddenly stopped by something he said. "R--Robbie?" Verity repeated softly. That name sounded familiar, but she couldn't place why. Verity thought about it for a few moments before shrugging and letting it go. It was probably a common name she had heard someone mention in the shop once or something along those lines.

"Yeah, he was a friend of Markise's, I think, and he showed up at the club and came up to the VIP room with us. I think I told you, I don't remember, I kind of went back to his place with him and some other guy." At least the guy was gorgeous, it had definitely been fun, even if it wasn't really something to be uber proud of.

"Right." Verity said with a nod. That must've been in. Jory must have told her about him and that was where she recognized the name from. "It must have slipped my mind for a second." She remembered their conversation clearly now, but there it still felt like she had heard that name from somewhere else. Verity never was good with names, though, so it didn't come as much of a shock when she couldn't figure out if and where she had heard that name before. A smirk spread to Verity's lips as he mentioned that last part. "Some other guy?" She definitely hadn't heard that part before. She surely would have remembered that part.

"Yeah..." Jory said slowly, his eyes widening as he glanced over to see her reaction. "I don't remember his name. He was some blond guy, built like me." Another twink. Would she even know that word? He had only learned it within the last year. Sure it included him, not that it was a title he would wear proudly.

"Well, well..." Verity said as a smirk danced across her lips. It sounded like he had had quite a night at that party. Oh, how she wished she had stories half as exciting as his to share. Things had gotten dull as of late and she was desperately in need of some good drama. Drama wasn't always a bad thing. When handled in small doses, it merely added a bit of excitement to one's life. Verity never seemed capable of finding a small dose of drama. When the drama hit, it hit her hard. "It sounds like you've had quite the night." She added. "This other guy, he doesn't go to school with us does he?" She was always curious in finding out bits of juice and gossip about the people at Hogwarts, even if she didn't know who they were.
