[Jory Addison]

"So I met up with this girl I was friends with, Zilly, she's a Slytherin like you. I told her about you, I didn't say your name or anything, or like your house, so she has no idea who you are, I just told her I was seeing someone," Jory said, then immediately moved on in hopes Jamie wouldn't have anything to say about that. "And I told her I'd been wanting my belly button pierced, so we went off to London and..."

He shifted to face Jamie more and reached to pull up his shirt just a little, just enough to show off the new piercing. It wasn't anything extravagant, just a normal belly button piercing with a little star dangling from the bottom. The area around was still tender and just a little more red than normal from his constant aggravating of it.

Jamie’s eyes dropped down to where Jory had lifted his shirt up. The star rested against the soft skin, but he could tell it was a little irritated. “Wow.” He breathed. It wasn’t what he expected. “Does it hurt?” He asked. Jamie scrunched up his face, what if it got caught on something and pulled out?

"Yeah, a little," Jory said, eyes dropping to see his fingers running lightly over it. "Not enough to bug me or anything, it's not as bad as it was." He loved the new piercing, he had been waiting on it for so long and he finally had it, he even had someone to show it off to now. "What do you think?" he asked, bringing his eyes back up to Jamie's.

"I think..." Jamie said. He paused to get his words together. He was always having a hard time getting his words together. "I think it's great. I don't ever think I could do it myself. I'd probably wimp out at the last minute or something." He said finally. It was the needle. He was terrified of needles. And other sharp objects punching holes in him. He brought his eyes up to meet Jory's. "You seem really happy about it." He observed the way his eyes had lit up as soon as he started talking about it.

Jory nodded and looked back down at it. "Yeah, I've been wanting it forever. There's some more I want," he said. "But there are some that are really, like...serious, I have to work my way up to those." He wasn't about to just go and get his hips pierced next thing, however much he would love to get them. "It's scary right before it happens, though, I get really nervous."

"Doesn't it hurt?" Jamie asked curiously. "Like when they do it?" The only time he can ever remember going with someone to get a piercing was when he was a little kid. His mom had dragged him along when his sister, who was four years old at the time, had gotten her ears pierced. All he could remember was how she screamed so loudly when it was done.

"Yeah, not as bad as I thought it was, though," Jory said, looking down at it again. "I think my worst was my first ear piercing. I'm working my way up to the worst ones. I'm thinking my tongue or something next." Was it bad that it hadn't even been a week and he was already thinking of his next one? He couldn't help it, though, he loved them.

Jamie laughed. “You just got this one!” He pointed out. “And you’re already thinking of the next one?” He shook his head a little, it was crazy. Jamie dropped his eyes for a brief second and when he looked at Jory again his wide grin had turned into more of a hopeful smile. “If you…erm…if you want, I could go with you when you get the next want.” Jamie offered. “If you want, though.” He wanted Jory to make that decision himself, he wouldn’t force it on him.

Jory's eyes lit and he smiled broadly. "Yeah! I hoped you'd come," he said. "There are a lot I want, I can't just stop. It's not going to be for another month, at least, though." He wanted to get them regularly until he got all the ones he wanted, but he intended to get them far enough apart that the previous had had plenty of time to heal. "But yeah, I want you to come."

Jamie grinned. "Okay, great. I can't wait." He said. He was getting more excited about this trip. It didn't even faze him that they would be going out to a busy city together to get it done or that there would be needles involved. Even if he didn't go near the needle, just looking at it made him feel faint. Jamie brushed his hand through his hair, pushing a stray piece out of his face. It was almost time for a hair cut.

Jory didn't think it was time for a haircut, he loved hair that was a little longer. Well, on anyone other than him. His hair didn't do well longer than a couple of inches. He reached out to run his own fingers through Jamie's hair. "I love your hair," he said, still smiling brightly from the news that Jamie would go with him to London next time.

Jamie smiled. Even that light touch was enough. Then he scrunched up his face and blew his hair out of his face. It was those same pieces that he had just pushed back. He hated that. “It’s too unruly.” He said. “Maybe I should just shave it all.” Jamie was teasing. He had never shaved his head entirely except for that one time when his little brother put gum in his hair. Now that he thought about it, it was a lot less of a hassle that way…

Jory's eyes widened and he shook his head. "No way," he said. "You can't do that, I won't let you." He couldn't stand being with someone that was bald, especially not when they had hair like Jamie's. He shifted closer to Jamie and ran his hand through Jamie's hair again. "I like your hair too much to let you get rid of it all."

[jamie]

"You won't let me, huh?" Jamie repeated with a smirk. He shook his head and let his hair fall back into his face piece by piece. He lifted his arms and rested them on Jory's shoulders, letting them hang loosely around his neck. "Uh-oh that sounds a bit like a threat." His smirk expanded into a teasing grin.

"Maybe it is," Jory said, pulling himself closer so his bent leg was touching Jamie's. "I'll force you to get a piercing or something if you shave all your hair." He thought Jamie would lock hot with a piercing, but Jory loved them on just about everyone. He loved the idea of Jamie getting one, but he would never force someone to do something they didn't want to do, especially not something like that.
