Ocean shrugged. He wanted to stay and talk. Wanted to see if he could get a smile. Heck a non-grimace. "Look. I didn't mean to start off on the wrong foot." He ran a hand through his short locks. "I'll leave. Maybe you'll let me talk at you some other time?"

Lyric looked at the guy incredulously. "Get out of here!" he repeated. His brows drew together and he debated rounding the counter to forcibly remove him. "I don't f~ing know you, the shop is closed!" His purchase had been wasted, it wasn't working and that wasn't helping his already piss-poor mood.

Ocean resisted an arched eyebrow. He held his hands up defensively. For a moment. Then pocketed them. "No problem." He let his feet walk towards the door. "Have a better day. Kay?" Ocean sent up a silent prayer. God must be trying to reach this kid. He obviously wasn't listening.

Lyric didn't respond, unless a deepening of his glare counted. That glare followed the boy out. Whoever he was, he'd better not come back. In fact, Lyric moved to do what he should have done when he'd gotten here, what he would have done if he'd thought about it. He'd been so eager, though. He shut the door and locked it, then turned to drag his newly acquired belongings upstairs. He'd get this figured out, and then he'd forget.
