Nastasia had given the boy a chance to prove himself stupid boils seemed to be all he could manage, she was more than glad to deceive him into thinking she wasn't very experienced. knowing Occlumency and Legilimency made it only too easy to deceive, Now she was really going to make him aware of what he was up against this time maybe, he really would bolt and run to hide from her or beg for her mercy. Nastasia blocked whatever had been intended for immediately smirking. She was all wrong about this one and this was a first for her since she was never wrong about really anything. She continue thou no sense ruining what was already started. At least afterall of this she might very well have an appetite for dinner.

Lyric didn't let her other spells through; he saw no reason to allow her to give him rabbit ears or something equally lame. Her attacks didn't faze him. He'd had to fight to survive at his last school, and he'd survived with the best. No one had taunted him for his look because he'd have kicked their ass with or without a wand. Running would never so much as occur to him, nor would making the girl run. He didn't want her to run, he wanted to knock her to her knees, fell her onto her face, and leave her for the Astronomy class to find at midnight.

As usual with everything sometimes they lose their appeal and this was quickly doing just that. Nastasia had expected that perhaps after introduction of sorts that it would escalate to something much more. It would boggle the mind of some to see what she had witnessed when she first came up here to what she was seeing right now.
If they continued dueling or they didn't she didn't care but she would stay up here as long as she wanted with or without his presence. Of course she would love to get back to her search just like everything in life she pursued she wasted no time and started immediately. For now thou there was someone keeping her from it but of course everything she started she finished and this would be no different.

"Are you ready to get the hell out of my way yet?" Lyric demanded, casting another painful spell, whether she was too scared to let it hit her or not. The reverse spell to langlock had been silent and effortless, and he was bored of the fight. He'd come up here for peace and she'd interrupted, but he'd thrown enough anger at her now that if she'd just concede the victory to him and shut the hell up, he'd consider it over and he could get on with his night.
