Ryan walked out into the forbidden forest for the first time in a while. He took in the sights and sounds as he walked around, not really paying attention where he was going, not really caring. He came up to the clearing that he knew well, where he used to come a lot with Vannah. He sat down against a tree and sighed as he looked around, trying to keep tears from coming out.

Nastasia walked quitely into the forbidden forest, The lequinder leaves were in full bloom this time of year, she didn't want to be bothered with sneaking out this evening for once she would be more carefully and go about picking some in the day either way not many of students would dare to enter the forest which was good for her. Nastasia heard someone coming and quickly hid behind a tall tree , she carefully peeked from around one side of the tree to see who it was. It was a boy and he was walking into a nearby clearing all alone she fould out as she walked further. Who ever he was he looked around but Nastasia had the upper hand as she was behind him. He seemed to be what some would say sad, Nastasia walked forward to look him in the face. She looked at him blankly any look she gave him would promptly end any kind of sympathy. Not much the social butterfly that she should be Nastasia still knew there would be times when she would be faced with the rest of the population so it was true to say it was a challange at times. What did she have in common with really any of the Other sorts that attended this school, Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just as it should be but it was always so much fun to humor them.

Ryan saw the girl and was a little surprised but recovered quickly "I didn't think anyone else left at the school would make a trip out here." he said as he looked at the girl. She was pretty, and from what he could tell he was pretty sure she was a slytherin, mainly because he was the only non-slytherin he had known to come into the forest.

"Of course no one wants to come in the forest they couldn't possible want anything it has to offer let alone defend themselves, No good person anyway which means you shouldn't be here. I shouldn't be either but I have my reasons which are necessary" Nastasia still stood in her spot but even she could see he wasn't a slytherin she was sure of it and not just because she was trying to read him. He was the boy that had been talked about in the prophet but she wouldn't let it slip that she knew this. Nastasia just continued to look at him spectatively at what he would say next.

Ryan laughed "And what makes you think I am a good person? I can see by the way you are looking at me that you know who I am, probably from the Prophet, so if you believe what the spew out then you should know I'm not a good person, and I have my reasons for being out here." he said as he looked over the girl trying to figure her out.

"It doesn't matter what makes me think such a thing, thou one reason is very obvious your not rich or from a well-known pureblood family." He claimed to be able to see that she knew who he was so Nastasia quickly blocked him out she couldn't have him seeing anything else. "I would have told you that I knew your name if you had given me the time. Look I don't concern myself with Prophet, I just read the stories like anyone else and enjoy it that's all, but I don't feel sorry for the people at this school who have been featured in it "

Ryan smiled "Well you have made it pretty obvious that you are a Slytherin, and I may not be from a pure-blood family, but that doesn't mean I don't have money. Unlike all you little pure-blood kids whose parents have money, I have quite a bit of my own money." he said as he looked the girl over, wondering what her reaction would be.

So he thought she was just another spoil child, well he was finally wrong about something and Nastasia reveled just slightly in the knowledge of it. "Money is worth only so much. Ryan smiled "I didn't have to ask, it is fairly obvious with the way you talked. I don't read minds or anything if that is what you think. I just read tells. Everyone has tells that give away certain things, and I pick up on them more than other people."

Nastasia smiled slightly again he wasn't as talented as he thought he was. " I'm out here because the forest has something to offer me, I didn't come for a walk or anything, but I could ask what your doing out here" Couldn't he figure out with his silly method why she was out here..he knew she was a slytherin but she would never let him know everything only what she wanted him to know.

Ryan laughed "Your body language doesn't give everything away, it has nothing to do with my talent. If you give a tell to something, I find it. I am out here because of a tradition. There were 5 of us that would come out here and meet, but since they have either died or moved away, I am the only one left here, and I figured I would keep the tradition alive. Plus it is a nice place to let my mind wander freely." he said, still looking over the girl. She was quite pretty, and she was someone that he thought he could get along with.

Nastasia listened as he explained his reason why he was out here but didn't say anything she still wasn't sure about him even though she knew he wasn't a pureblood. " And your sad about this correct? What a waste of energy. When your out here you are never really alone so letting your mind wander is foolish" Nastasia would be spared of having to sit down as she was wearing a dress but settled for leaning against the tree still eye boy in question.
