Emilian shrugged, "He knows me. I'd hazard a guess and say that he knows me better than anyone." He didn't know that he'd go after Anna, perhaps Dru, he wasn't sure. "If something would come from it, if it'd get him back, I'd do it a hundred times over, but I don't see anything to make it worth it." Other than a good time. But he left that last little thought unsaid.

Pandora shrugged her worlds were constantly at odds and she had friends in both, and when she wanted neither party to get hurt that was a lot of work. Sometimes she wondered if it was impossible. "And then there is that over hanging Michael will be convinced your the monster he thinks you are if you do anything to hurt her, or Dru for that matter."

Emilian rolled his eyes, "I am the monster he knows I am." Back home he had been just another guy in the circle, but once he arrived at the school, it became obvious that he was evil, a monster, in the eyes of the majority of the population.

"Am not." Pandora said back almost automatically, yes she knew Emilian had a bad side actually most of him was a bad side but she refused to think of him as a monster. "If you were a monster why the hell would you want to be my friend."

He ignored her last question. "Tell me one thing that makes me not a monster." He ignored it, but the question still nagged in his mind. Why did he enjoy being with her? Did he really, or was it just because she was a link to Michael?
