Katia turned to the girl who wasn't making much sense at all and mentally shook her. Instead of acting our her feelings, Katia spoke tightly, her voice barely reigning in condescension. "Miss Dunlevy I will have to as you to come to the hospital wing with me for observation. I am afraid these activities are hazardous to your pregnancy, and should be curtailed until you are delivered." It was a deliberate act, to tell the class if they did not know, just how risky she had been, perhaps if there was peer pressure, there would not be a repeat of this behavior.

"Yes, it was diliberate, but not for the reason you're thinking. It wasn't peer preasure, it was a test to see if I was ready to come to classes or not." She said this while reaching for bag to pull out a metal box. "Plus, I forgot this was in my bag." She said this before shutting up.

Katia shook her head, as she gesture for the girl to follow her away from the crowd. "Seeing as how you're medical records suggest this is not your first pregnancy, I would assume that you already know how much you can take. Unfortunately the professing staff at this institution cannot be held liable for the actions that you take. Since you seem to delight in testing your boundaries, I will have to send a notice out to all teachers. I am ordering your suspension until such a time as you are delivered of this child. When you are, you are welcome to resume your studies, but until then the Hogwarts teaching staff will not be allowed to permit you to classes." She did not care if she was being a bit harsh, she wanted to make sure that nothing fell back on Hogwarts if something went wrong. And it helped that she was truly furious at the girl for risking a pregnancy for the pride of being able to 'test herself' to see if she was ready to come back to classes.

"You're right, this isn't my first pregnancy, but it's not my second either. I'm not stupid, I just have no idea what limits are anymore, seeing as I just went through a pregnancy while undergoing chemo." She said this with a truthful look on her face. "I have a special type of chemo that I have to take and it means that I can't be pregnant while I'm on the medication, because it causes me to become disorriented. It's also not available outside of the U.S." She said this being truthful again. She looked down at her watch and her eyes widened as she saw the time and then she said, "Um, we'll talk about this later, I'm sorry, but I need to be at a court case, well, um, uh, 2 minutes ago. It can't be put off any longer, we've already reschedule 4 times and this court house doesn't like you to go over that limit." She said this quite truthful as she walked out the door.

Zilnafa watched as people introduced thenselves, blinking as two people named Katia and Tori started a conversation. She would observe them later after she'd figured out what the heck a color change charm was. She knew the obvious Wingardium Leveosa was the levatation charm. She stood in the back of the room and mumbled the charm under her breath. Her quill rose maybe two inches and shelet the charm go, pleased with her ability to remember the charm she'd barely knew let alone used.
