Ariel felt very happy with himself, and pressed a few light kisses to Markise's jaw before moving beside him on the desk and stretching out against the wood. He closed his eyes and just let himself revel in the warm rush of his blood, the short breaths he took, and in the memory of Markise definitely not being quiet. Was it really only the second time? It seemed like they had been together so much longer than just that.

Markise lay where he was for some moments before shifting to drape himself half over Ariel, nestling his head against the crook of Ariel's shoulder. Rather than try to speak immediately, he made a soft, rolling rrrrrrrr, then stretched lightly against Ariel, a purring, satisfied cat. If Markise had been pleased last time, this time he'd been ecstatic. If Markise had been able to think of anything but the feel of Ariel and the hum in his own blood, he'd have wanted desperately to rub this in Kwami's face. It wasn't me, you know. You're the one who needs some practice.

Ariel looked down at Markise, his blood warming again at that sound, and once Markise was settled he dropped his arm down around him to move fingers lightly over smooth skin. "It's nice to see you enjoyed yourself," he said, humor in his voice and, just underneath, that pride. He put his other arm up underneath his head, burning the past minutes into his memory forever while they were still fresh in his mind.

"Mmhm," Markise hummed. He brought one hand lightly against Ariel's abdomen, sweeping his fingers in soft strokes down the center and around his stomach. "I'm definitely addicted," he said huskily. He'd been addicted since that first kiss, but he wasn't about to say that to Ariel. He knew he boosted Ariel's ego enough as it was, and though he thought Ariel could use a little ego stroking, the man was cocky enough as it was.

Ariel's muscles shivered at the light strokes against his stomach. He did have an ego, but didn't most guys? His just happened to be a little larger than most, helped along by Markise. He closed his eyes as he thought, and he admitted to himself that he was just a little addicted, too. "I guess we have something to do over the winter, then." Of course, he knew that they would do plenty of other things, and that he would still have to find something to do to keep in shape. Still, he thought the winter just might be bearable.

Markise made a low, contented sound of agreement. "We'll have to find someplace else, though," he said. "If we're in the same place too long, somebody will notice." Markise let himself simmer for a moment as his hand played against Ariel's skin. "We should go find that room with the disappearing door." It sounded too good to be true, but in a place with moving rooms and foot-eating stairs, Markise easily believed it.

Ariel nodded absently, "We should." He was so very comfortable where he was, though, and didn't care to get up any time soon to go on a hunt for an invisible door. "Later." Much later. He wanted to find that door, yes, wanted to find that room again, but he still didn't want to get up. "Finding where it's supposed to be isn't the problem, anyway."

"Hmm, I can imagine," Markise said. "But if you found it once, I'm sure we can find it together." Markise didn't feel like moving though, so he didn't, aside from the slide of his leg against Ariel's and the motion of his fingers. "Definitely later," he said. He let his mind float for a bit, until it settled on the bundle on the floor behind the desk. "I have something for you," Markise said, his tone light and teasing.

Ariel opened his eyes and raised an eyebrow, then looked down at Markise. "Oh really," he said, interested. He would have made the connection to the coat if his mind wasn't still on what they had just done. "And what would it be?" he asked, his mind already going wild and heading down paths that he wouldn't mention out loud, though he didn't even attempt to stop himself from thinking about it.

Markise was fairly sure that Ariel wouldn't guess on his own, so he decided to give hints. Not necessarily a helpful one, but it would be fun. Markise brought his lips against Ariel's smooth chest for a light kiss. "It's so warm," he said, sliding his hand up Ariel's chest. "It goes here," he said, then slid his hand across Ariel's shoulder and down one perfectly muscled arm. "And here," he added. "I'd have to move to give it to you." His lips curved.

Ariel had to work to pull his mind away from those touches enough to actually attempt to think about what Markise was saying. "How am I supposed to guess?" he asked, raising his eyebrow again. He could barely concentrate with those movements against him. If Markise wanted him to figure it out, he'd either have to be very obvious, or stop touching him.

Markise's teasing smile wasn't going anywhere with the look on Ariel's face. "Am I distracting you?" he asked. He forced lazy muscles to tighten enough to move over Ariel, settling languidly against him. "All right, I'll be easy on you," he said. Markise turned his head to peer over the back of the desk, then reached over, stretching his fingers until he caught hold of the edge of the coat. As he pulled it open, he shifted back, moving to sit and straddle Ariel, then slipping the coat around himself. "Mmm, it's so warm in here," he teased.

Ariel's eyes widened at the coat Markise pulled out, it wasn't like any jacket anyone had ever worn back at his old school, but he couldn't see needing anything else. He couldn't believe that Markise already had it finished. He propped himself up on his elbows and examined it, then let his vision pan out to take in the sight of Markise wearing it, and only it. The corner of his lips turned up and he reached out to touch the edge of it, "It looks like it," he said softly.

Markise couldn't help the slow smile that curved his lips, especially at the curve of Ariel's. "Do you like it?" he asked, shifting slightly so that Ariel could see it better. It wasn't Markise's style, but neither was it unfashionable. It was more of a straightforward design, something Ariel could wear into dust like he wore everything else. He thought it would fit Ariel nicely. Markise brought his arms up then, and turned his head to look at some imaginary spot in the room. He struck a dramatic pose, or at least as dramatic as he could, considering his state of dress.

Ariel nodded, "Very much," he said, eyes sparkling both at the coat and at Markise's pose. He shifted and let himself relax back onto the desk and reached out to take both sides of the coat with his hands and tug gently. "I think you deserve a thank you," he said, raising an eyebrow over sparkling eyes. He could think of a few things he could do, and he would have plenty of time to examine his new coat later.
