He rushed inside and layed her on the bed . The nurse checked for any broken bones but she was ok . " Cleo....Are you alright " he asked a hour later . He had been sitting at her beside the whole time refusing to leave .

Cleo had just driften off to sleep vaguely aware of what was happening. She woke to Larten's words. "I'm fine, it was only a cut. I'm just not a fan of blood" she said, wincing as she sat up, her knee was still sore. She sighed, Larten had made such a big deal out of it. "Nothing really happened, I slipped, my clothes got soaked and I cut my knee." she said, stressing that she was fine. "You really don't have to worry"

Larten sighed in relief . " I'm sorry..." he said . He just looked at her " You where bleeding bad . I stopped the bleading ..." he said . He wanted to reach over and kiss her...But he had heard what she said ...His father had a better chance then him .

"Well thanks for that" Cleo said softly, silently berating herself for giving him a hard time. To give him his due, he had been nice to her, and he was terribly insistent. "I'm sorry about my temper in the forest, I just got carried away" she said, twisting the sheets in her hands, awkward at making an apology. She yawned, "I must have lost a lot of blood, I'm exhausted" she said, sinking back into the soft pillows.

Larten shook his head " No i'm sorry . " he said . " I can leave if you want " he said wanting her to get her some rest . He doesent want to be a bother...

Cleo nodded, "I definitely need some sleep" she said, stifling another yawn. "Thanks for bringing me up here though" she said gratefully, on the edge of sleep. She turned onto her side, conscious of her knee and closed her eyes, hoping to sleep.

Larten sighed . He was going to stay there if she likes its or not. He stayed there that night .
THe next morning he awoke looking at her sleeping body...How he cared about her .

Cleo stirred, her sleep had been deep and had helped to heal her. She woke, and saw Larten there. "Have you been there all night?" she asked with a frown, somehow the thought of him watching her asleep made her uneasy.

Larten shook his head " I left at around 12:00 ...Then I came back " he said yawning . " I sorda dozed off ....." he said . He dident want to sound like a weirdo who watcheds people sleep.

Cleo nodded, wondering whether he was telling the truth briefly, then realising she was too tired to care. "The nurse said that even though I lost a lot of blood, I should be fine in a couple of days and I just need some time to rest. She said I was lucky that the bleeding was stopped so fast, or it could have been worse" she finished softly, silently thanking Larten for his quick thinking.

Larten smiled " So...Do you want me to stay ...Cause I can leave if you want me to " he said . He looked at her pleading with her to let him stay with her .

Cleo shook her head. "I need some time to think Larten" she said softly. "You can come back later if you like" she offered, knowing he wouldn't be happy to leave.

Larten frowned but instead nodded and stood up . He couldent resist to kiss her forehead before he left . He hoped she dident think of him as a perv...He sighed and smiled donw at her and then walked out of the wing .

Cleo's eyes flickered shut as he kissed her on the forehead. She bit back a comment, knowing it wouldn't help anyone at the moment. She sighed as she watched him leave. Everyone was asking so much of her, but Cleo needed to do what was best for her.

Larten returned to Cleo the next day . He saw her sleeping ...She was so beutiful . He sighed and lightly said " Hey..." . He waited for her to rouse from her slumber hoping she wasent mad with him from waking her up .
