Gabby smiled at Silver, pleased that he seemed oblivious to her embarassment. "Yes, no one is hurrying around, trying to cram their brains full of facts ready for the exams. Life can slow down, be enjoyed" She thought back to her meeting with Kevin, it had been a perfect summer's day and exactly how she had described it. There had been no rush, just a relaxing day in very good company. "And everything is sweeter with love" she said softly, not sure whether she was talking to Silver or not.

Silver blinked, momentarily thrown by her last comment, as soft as it had been. He could have sworn they were talking about the end of term, and the quiet of the school, and couldn't for the life of him figure out how things had jumped to the topic of love. He lowered his gaze, his mind going through all sorts of impossible scenarios, and unable to come up with a single rational explanation. So he remained silent, and hoped that she would go on, and possibly shed light on things.

Gabby looked over to Silver and smiled, obviously her last comment had confused him somewhat. "Please ignore me, love does strange things to your sanity" she said with a grin, wondering if that was enough to clear up the confusion. He was a strange character, not saying much, but what he did say was usually interesting to listen to.

Silver looked back up at Gabby, and inclined his head slightly in acknowledgement, though he didn't personally have experience with such things. "So you have a boyfriend?" he asked, hoping the question didn't sound as stupid as it felt. Silver had developed a sort of caution, or maybe even fear, of girls' boyfriends, even though he knew he was perfectly trustworthy. He hadn't been doing anything with Adara, after all, only trying to talk to her, when her boyfriend had more or less attacked him.
