Cassie blushed at that. Her golden hair was now tangle free and fell in waves down her back. she dusted off her dress and stretched, loosening out her muscles. "Are you sure you're ok about the fight?" she asked, she didn't want to bring it up, but she knew that it should be settled sooner or later. "I'm sorry things didn't work out" she said, meaning it. Larten, deep down, was a great guy and he deserved someone great, but Cassie was in love with Julius. She just wasn't the one for him.

Larten simply smiled " Its alright.....I'm not lucky I guess " he said . Really he wasent that lucky....All the girls he had been with was just one night stands....Maybe those people where right...Mayb he is just a whore...

"I'm sure you'll find someone in time" Cassie said softly. "Love can't be forced, it blossoms in it's own sweet time. It knows no boundaries." Cassie smiled at that. "I should know, everyone disapproved of my love" she sighed. "My parents didn't speak to me for weeks you know, my father still won't talk to me" she stopped, knowing that she would just start crying again.

Larten sighed " My father wouldent stop talking about this one girl...Her name was Cleo...He said that he really cared about her....That girl...She is beutiful...She is more like a angel...My father said that he would do anything for her..." he said . He relized he just said that out loud and looked at Cassie .

Cassie listened curiously. "Is she a student here?" she asked, surprised at what was happening. "And it sounds as if you know her too" she said. She went over to Larten and pulled him to his feet, it felt strange talking to him while he was still sitting on the ground. "I really don't suggest him having anything to do with her" she said softly. "With me and Julius our relationship is so deep, that even though it's rocky at the moment, I'm sure we're still just in love as we were that first day we set eyes on eachother" she smiled wistfully, remembering the early days of their stormy relationship. "I'm sorry you probably don't want to hear that" she said, blushing.

Cassie shook her head, she could sense Larten was uneasy. "I hope he doesn't do anything that could, you know, mess anything up" she said, a little awkward. She had met Leven, and it had semed at one point that he had been infatuated with her. She was embarassed to be relieved that now he had his eye on this Cleo girl, she might be safe from him. She definitely didn't want Leven and Julius meeting.

Cassie looked at him shocked. "What?" she exclaimed, "Why is he taking you?" she asked, what was the point in making Larten leave? She was dmbfounded by Leven's choice and yet, had me mentioned something like that to her? She hadn't been listening but her cheeks began to burn, she had the feeling it could be her fault.

Cassie shook her head, vemehently denying it. "All I said was that there were rumours about you and a forth year, Gabby someone" she said. "I never said anything else, if he went and found out something else he came to his own conclusions" her voice was firm and her eyes had turned to a steely grey, always a warning sign of her rising anger, but would he choose to heed it? "If there wasn't cause for these rumours then he wouldn't be taking you anywhere" Cassie said, then winced, that had come out harsher than she intended.

Cassie just sighed, whenever they seemed to talk they always wound up fighting again. Maybe it's a good thing he's leaving she thought. She shook her head, not willing to think about it any longer. She left the forest and turned away from the castle, towards Hogsmeade to do exactly as Larten had suggested.
