It's Been a While

Michael nodded, "Sounds good." Then he looked up at the sky, it didn't really matter to him, but he supposed it was smart to go ahead and get inside. "Probably," he said when he looked back at Dare. He smiled, his mind once more reliving the day, the kiss. His eyes shined and Dare had to know what he was thinking about. Then he leaned forward, pressing his lips to Dare's lightly.

Dare leaned into the kiss, one hand leaving Michael's to smooth against his cheek and jaw. It was a pleasant end to an awesome day. Eventually, the kiss ended, and Dare released Michael long enough to gather up his things. He took Michael's hand again as they walked toward the castle.
