*blushes* Okay, after being married to my ex (Who was and still is Mr. Never-planned-a-thing-in-his-life) I have to have at least a rough idea of what I'm doing, and have a calendar in my purse for the first time in my life (mostly because I can't remember when people tell me when things are) which is usually filled a month or 2 out. I'd say I have a week/month/5 year plan.I know what I have to do this week, what's coming up in the next few months, and I know in 5 years when I want to graduate, get started on my career, and such.
If you could visit any country other than your own for a month, where would you go, and what would you do while there?

England. I'd run all the hell over looking at everything tourist love to see, then demand that Headmistress Hells drop everything to show me what the actual British think is worth seeing, and do like pub crawling or something, even if I don't drink. I'd also open my suitcase at some point to let out the people I smuggled with me so they could join in the excursions. And I'd buy some postcards, fill them out and mail them. Five minutes to keep people from asking where their souvenirs are later. Turning the question back, with a twist. If you were exiled from the U.S. for a year and had to live somewhere else in the meantime, where would it be, and what would you do while there?

I would go to Europe. I would get a job working at a small pub in Scotland. I would save up my money, and on my off time, I would tour Europe, seeing and doing everything that people are supposed to know about in those parts.....Keeping one eye out for my Duke of course.....

What was your most favorite Christmas gift as a child?

As a child...hm, I'm cutting off child at 12 because 13 is a teenager... *shrugs* I could say my sister's hand-built rocking horse. I hated her for getting something that cool, when I got the usual. Until we realized that one could sit on top and rock, and two other children could ride the bridge that went between the rails. But really, I'm going with my first box of 64 crayons. It had a plastic carrier with a slot for every one, a built-in pencil sharpener, and SIXTY FOUR CRAYOLA CRAYONS. Many years later, I've gone through several boxes of 64, and a few of 72. And, to sum my career down to its simplest form, I'm an artist. *smirk* My mom wanted me to be a lawyer. Seriously.
What was your favorite birthday gift as a child? *must apply to your birthday*

I have thought, and thought, and thought about this..... (don't believe me? look at the date of the post!) Honestly, my b-day is so close to other holidays that I don't know what was something I received as a gift for MY BIRTHDAY. Plus, I had lots of siblings, so it's hard to remember what was originally mine and what was handed down.
If you had to pick 2 colors to decorate your room with, what would they be?

Sweet. Either black or white doesn't count as a color, depending on if you're using subtractive or additive color, so for the sake of argument, I'll take both of those and count one (whichever you prefer) as a color. Then my other color is a slick, modern shade of blue with just a hint of green. Slightly bluer than cerulean, and with a bit more white added in. So, black, white, and blue.
And you?

lol....I should have expected an answer like that...... Um, I don't like white, I prefer cream (which counts as a color, so I won't use it, but if I had 3 colors I would) I choose a medium bluish-purple color and a deep green. (Kinda like a flower and it's leaves! hehehe)
What are you wishing you'll get for the holidays (realistically)?

Uh, dammit. Why do I have to be realistic? *thinks* I haven't been wishing for anything real in specific. I want things like a new bed, new clothes, a laptop, but none of those are realistic, and in truth, I don't need them right now. I usually feel a little guilty about wanting or buying things I don't need. So, realistically, I guess I'm just wishing for a surprise from someone who knows me well. Something I'd like, rather than say, the subscription to "City of Heroes" mmorpg which Maire promised me, despite my firm protests that I don't want to play City of Heroes.
So, new question. If you could drop one of your vices right now and never regret it or be at all tempted back, what would it be?

um..... that's a tough one, cause most people have their vices cause it's something they know they shouldn't do, but it's something they enjoy. I'd say promiscuity, but I know I'd be tempted back....lol. So, I pass, at least tonight Same question to you!

Procrastination. Using your definition, yes, I do like waiting until the last minute. And sometimes, depending on my mood, the adrenaline from desperately trying to get there or get it done in time can be... the only adrenaline I really get, sadly. So, I'd give up procrastination, because it's not good. *bows*
What's the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?

The first thing I do is make the alarm be quiet. (Either the electric one or the human one, depending on the day) What is the last thing you do before you go to bed?

Glance at the clock to make sure that the evil red dot (announces that the alarm is set) is glowing. Then glare at it.
What's the longest you've ever slept continuously when you weren't sick?

Um, I think well over 12 hours after a night out (before marriage and children of course)
What is the longest you've stayed up without ANY sleep, not even a nap?
