Vanessa, still standing next to Laura and David, scanned the pitch, trying to find that b*tch Gabrielle Kedavra. She had read the paper and was furious for not only making fun of her, taking a job that wasn't hers, not keeping names secret, and completely ruining the reputation of the paper. "Just wait until I get my hands on her." Vanessa growled to herself, and continued to look.

Derek wondered why Lexus was apologising, after all, she wasn't actually particularly late. Especially to him in particular...surely if there was one person above the others to apologise to, it was Ryan? After all, he was the captain.
Still, Diggory was mostly just relieved she'd made it.

Ryan smiled "Its ok, i havent seen one person from Gryffindor yet so we are fine. Now," he said as he talked to the whole team "this game will be a hard one, but i beileve that we will pull it out mainly because they are without a seeker and our seeker just showed up." he smiled at lexus "We need to play our hardest and try to the best of our ability not to mess up." he said and looked around trying to think of what to say. "If anyone would like to add anything they can, sorry but this is my first game in general let alone as capitain."

"Well, if their seeker doesn't show, it's in the bag," Derek thought.
Derek felt like saying something, as the longest-serving team Wizard, but didn't really have a lot to add. Keeper was, in truth, a very introverted position. You just made the saves, and hoped the rest of the team got it done.
Diggory looked over at Kira. As a fellow veteran, and the eldest team Wizard, Derek hoped she'd have something rousing to say.

Kira looked around, and noticed that everyone's eyes were on her. "Well, basically what Ryan just said" She said, giving the captain a heart warming smile. "Gryffindor are the favourites, they always are, but this is our chance to prove to the other houses that we are just as great! That we can beat their asses, and that together.. as a team.. we are the best there is! We have the best players on our team by far, and we can beat them. As long as we show the confidence in each other, and keep to what we have practised, then we will have no problems! Just don't lower your guards!" She stopped, and blushed as she realised she got a bit carried away. She quickly sat back down, and placed her broom in front of her.

"All we can do is try,try are hardest the first Hufflepuff match of the season new people.Good luck people"She said to them to keep herself busy from being terrified of what may happen.
"The Gryffindors are mothern likely Terrifed of us We got Derek,Lexus,Ryan,Kira some of the best people in the school"she chuckled.
