Emma walked cheerily down to the lake.She was suppoesed to meet Cassie here.Any minute she would arrive.In the meantime Emma sat down at the base of a large tree,and waited.

Cassie strolled leisurely down the grass towards Emma. She had taken to the younger ravenclaw and they got on well, their personalities being similar. "Emma!" Cassie called as she drew nearer. She sat down next to her, "It's such a lovely day" she said smiling.

"Yes,"Emma said,"It is.I think I forget how nice it is not to be in a library,"she said,laughing.She then took her long brown hair out of a ponytail,and let it hang over her shoulders.

"So tell me about the Emma which doesn't involve books and the library" Cassie said smiling, "I'm sure there's some really interesting stuff" Cassie pulled up some grass and began to play with it as she looked over the water.

"Hmmm.The Emma that's not in the labrary.She doesn't some out often-always baried in the pile of books,you know,"Emma said playfully,"Well,I know the other Emma really likes Quidditch,but she's never gets the chance to show it off or practice much.I'd really like to be seeker,or something....You like Quidditch much?"

Cassie shook her head, but smiled at Emma, "No, I can't really fly that well. Until I moved here a few weeks ago I went to a muggle performing arts college. I'm a dancer, but I came here to study magic as my parents are both magical. I had to make a choice. I was given private tuition but it wasn't enough. So I left college and came here. I don't regret it though." Cassie explained briefly.

Cassie nodded, "Definitely, when I'm dancing I can just forget everything else. Sometimes though it can hrelp me sort through my problems. I still dance here, I run in the morning and dance in every spare moment" she said with a bright smile. "Do you fly a lot?" she asked, curious to see if it took the same level of dedication.

"No,"Emma answered honestly,"Not alot.I wish I could though.I've been thinking for a few weeks now,about flying I mean...I think I'm going to practice some more,and then try out for the team.I think they have a few spots open."

Cassie laughed. "My ballet shoes can't gather dust, but they can wear thin as I use them so much" She lay back on the grass and closed her eys. "It's warm, it's finally summer." she sighed, a smile playing on her lips.
