My Stepmother. Her biography is published and being released at the end of this year and I'm hoping that my kids and I are NOT in it. There will be trouble if she mentions anything to do with me, which seeing that she's already broadcast on her official page that she has "wonderful, healthy" grandchildren (Which in my opinion she is not their grandmother AND She hasn't seen them in 4 years or spoken to me so how would she know if they're healthy. Damn she doesn't even know I've been separated for 3 years!) I have an awful feeling that my "attitude" towards her will be mentioned. If she knows what's good for her, then she'll leave out anything to do with me.
Ok Rant over. It's advisable no one mentions Italian 'Rock' Musicians for a while for I may likely take your heads off!

Rafael Nadal just won the Men's Wimbledon Championship. The game lasted nearly five hours, was rained off twice and Roger Federer was nearly beat in the third set. Nadal did play exceptionally well but I wanted Federer to win as he would have beaten the record for most consecutive wins. I'm now annoyed at tennis Federer should have been champion!!
This isn't nearly as angry sounding as it could have been haha

Job refusals.. I'm currently job hunting and applying and I've applied for 8 jobs and so far had 2 refusals, and 1 agency who told me they love the sound of me but just do not have any work at the moment.
I forgot what it was like to be told "You're not what we're looking for."

The fact that the podcast that i have been listening to for 2 and a half years just put out its final weekly episode... The podcast is mugglenet's, mugglecast...... They will still do occasional episodes when there is stuff to talk about but i am sad that the weekly shows are done  ... now i want Totally Lost to come back! EDIT: ok so they delayed the end til next week but im still sad |

I'm hating the fact that I still have four days of band camp left, six hours of outdoor drill practice a day, three/four hours of music rehearsal a day, and getting in the room at 11 to get up at 6:30 to do it all over again. *twitches and apologizes to legs*

My job. My bosses, annual training, distribution. My job in general. Deadlines that jump forward an entire week when one of the bosses forgot to mention something. It being my fault that I "wrote it down wrong." My job, in its entirety. Yes, that's right. I wanted this job so damned badly, and now I hate it. Hate it. I've been told it'll do something good for my future job prospects, but I can't see that happening. The reason I stick around is that I get more hours than working in the dungeons. But that doesn't mean I don't hate it.

I love my job. I HATE the hours. 4 days on, 4 days off. Not bad you think. BUT those 4 days are 24 hour days. We nap when we can waiting for the next shout. I sleep at the station. It means I cant get to see my girl until the weekend. And I'm skint. So i have no cred for my phone. Which means I cant call her while I'm at work. Thank god shes patient!

What job do you have Shaw?
I'm hating this weather! It's August, supposedly our summer over here in England, but it's been pouring down with rain constantly. I was supposed to be taking the kids to a country park and meeting up with some mum's from the school - cheap day out - but now I'm having to get some pennies together so we can go to some indoor plaything for the kids. The kids will love it I'm sure, which is good, but things are so expensive during the holidays!
And another thing. No sun = no sun bathing opportunity. I was quite looking forward to sitting on the grass having a gossip and topping up my non-existant tan, whilst the kids kicked a ball about. What's the betting it'll be beautiful hot weather when the kids go back to school?!
