Ravenclaw Table

[Jennifer Critchton]

jen stepped into the hall, still tired from a sleepless night. she walked over to a table, empty due to the anti-social hour of 6am. she sat down and pulled some pumpkin juice towards her.

[Alesia Malone]

Alesia had been down in the corner of the common room doing a bit of research when she noticed that one of her housemates had slipped out of the house, which she thought was a tad odd for it being the middle of the night.... Then she looked at her watch and saw what time it was, and when she did her eyes went wide "Six am?" she said shocked to herself and looked around before putting the books and paper in her book bag and got up.

She was pretty stiff from sitting in the chair all night long, yet she was not very tired, so she decided to go change and head down for early breakfast perhaps, and as she reached the stairs to the girls dorm she stretched and yawned.

Once she had clean up and changed which took about a half hour, she then headed down to the Great Hall. And as she headed down, the only noise she could hear was that of Peeves that was off playing around doing something he should not be doing most likely..

Since it was kinda dead it only took about 15 minutes of taking her time to reach the Great Hall and as she did, she stopped and looked around before she headed all the way in, and what her observation uncovered was exactly what she expected, she had indeed heard someone leave the house while she was reading..

So Alesia smiled and walked over to the Ravenclaw table "Hey, what you doing up and at them so early in the morning, trying to catch the sun?" she asked with a smile and took a seat a short distance down the table from Jennifer.

[Jennifer Critchton]

"well i need all the tanning i can get" jen said joking and looking at her honey coloured skin that came from her life in france. "no, i dunno, things have been bugging me a bit recently so i didnt get a lot of sleep, i gaave up about five am dressed, went for a run then ended up here" jen explained pouring a pumpkin juice for herself and alesia sliding hers down the table to her. "what's your excuse?"

[Alesia Malone]

Alesia laughed lightly at the joke and gladly took the pumpkin juice "Well that sounds better then my night, I spent all night doing research on a few things" she said to her and took a drink of the juice "Mm this is good, thank you." she said and smiled "I had heard someone leave the house earlier but I was baried in my books and did not take the time to look up and see who it was" she said and laughed a bit.

"aah that was probably me, i'm sooooo sorry, i thought i was quiet" jen said with a wry smile. she looked at her pumpkin juice yawned, then with a sigh conjured herself a black coffee, " i am NEVER going to make it through classes today! " she added with a laugh

[Violet X. Rays]

Violet sat down about three feet away from the girls whom she knew were in her house, but she did not remember their names, due to being mostly anti-social. She sat at the table, buried in another thick, hard cover book, and hid her face behind her long brown hair, trying not to disturb the girls.

[Riley Ravenesa]

Riley walked into the Great Hall and walked over to the Ravenclaw table. She noticed Violet and went to sit next to her. "Hi Violet," she said sitting down. She considered the two of them to be friends since they were alike in some ways. She pulled out her sketch book and started drawing in it light heartedly. She was an artist. Always had been always would be. She smiled at her picture and closed the sketch book pulling out a notebook. It was labeled on the front of the notebook The Forgotten World was written in sharpie. It was her book. She had drawn out the characters, the cover, and the map. She started writing in it hurriedly. The writing was barely readable to anyone else who tried to but she could read it of coarse. She laughed at something she wrote and continued to write.

[Violet X. Rays]

Violet looked up as a girl sat across from her. She knew this girl, but not too well, since Violet never talked to anyone outside of the classroom. She liked Riley enough, but didn't know her well enough to trust her completely.
"Hello," She replied noncommittally, and preceded to examine the front cover Riley's notebook. "The Forgotten World...." Violet mouthed silently to herself, wondering if this girl had had as many hard times to go through as Violet herself had.

[Guinevere (Gwen) Amherst]

Gwen stumbled into the great hall with a load of books in her hand. She planned to return the library books later today. As she walked over to the table she tripped over her feet and landed face down.
"Frick"

[Violet X. Rays]

Violet looked up suddenly at a girl in her year whose name she didn't know, even though Violet had spent the past two and a half years sharing a dorm with the girl. Violet walked silently and quickly to pick up the book that had caught her attention in the first place. She instantly regretted this motion for she would most likely have to speak to this girl.
"Drat," Violet thought to herself.

[Guinevere (Gwen) Amherst]

Gwen got up off the floor, and noticed her dorm mate staring at one of the books that had fallen.
Unsure how to approach her she just settled on an awkward.."er..Hi"

[Violet X. Rays]

Violet looked up instantly when the girl spoke to her.
"Oh. Uhm..h-hi," Violet responded. She hastily shoved the book back into the girl's hands. "Here."
Not knowing what to do next, Violet started to walk away.

[Guinevere (Gwen) Amherst]

"Thanks...I think?"
Gwen Looked around for anymore fallen books but saw that there was none.
She then proceeded to be seated for breakfast. With full intentions to return the books to the Library right after breakfast.

[Riley Ravenesa]

Riley looked at the girls and giggled. She would have helped but she was at the wrong side of the table. She would have had to walk all the way around the table and by then the books would have been picked up anyway. She smiled at the girl who had dropped her books. "Hello," she said in a friendly voice.

Violet, still blushing, went back to reading her book without another word
