Germany player well today with their 4-2 win over Costa Rica the opening ceramony wasnt too good.I hope England do well tomrorow i am having a barbaerque after the game  |

Even though we are one of the laughing stocks of the world cup usually i have to go for USA... although this is the best team weve had in along time... 5th in the world

Yea i know but we usually suck because it is the least watched sport in USA and not many people play it.. We dont have the greatest players usually

England are quite a good team,my friend just had Ronaldo (portugal) as her avatar and i was like YOUR MENT TO SUPPORT ENGLAND.but she said because he is "Fit".
Not long til the england game i cannot wait.

USA starts monday... im ready... here you really only get to watch soccer on Tv if you live near a city with a pro team... luckly i do so i get to see some but not many

The FIFA rankings are a joke, really. They're in no way indicative of the respective strengths of teams.
That said, the US aren't a bad side, but they have a very hard group indeed. Wouldn't be surprised to see the US or Ghana spring a surprise on one of the European sides.
England today were, well, worrying. Far too negative second half.

I agree with Derek they wre playing worryingly if we are going to get past the group stages the teams are going to be alot tougher than Paragry.The excuse was that it was the heat on that day.Well they are gonna have to cope with it its summer.

The next game for England is Trinidad and Tobago then sweden.
The current game is Argentina vs Ivory cost and the score is 2-0 to Argentina and its currently half time.

The final score of the Argentina game was 2-1 to Argentina.I was glad ivory coast scored but shame they didnt win.

Well the high hopes for americans were all but crushed... 3-0 loss to czech.... and if we end up 2nd in the group its most likely Brazil in the quarterfinals for us... so we need to win the group

BRAZIL WON WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OH YEAH OH YEAH. *dances around like mad then starts to clam down and acts more like own age* the goal Kaka was great not the best ive seen but hey it was the winning goal (and only one too). We were watching it in school and sitting with brazil supporters (only a few people) and the Tv was on for everyone to watch the game. When they scored I jumped on the table and we all danced the croatian supporters wernt to happy with us but who cares. Well we danced and everyone was staring at us like we went mad and then the principle came to the auditorium. I though she was mad at first then she came up to us, my heart stopped she looked up got on the table and started to dance my mouth dropped, I wouldnt be suprised it it hit the table becase that was just weird. We found out she was a supporter too and that was very cool knowing she was with us. She then announced in the afternoon of all the scores and when she said the brazils game every one who supported brazil because there team wasn't playing was shouting and me and my friends stood up with out brazil shirts and pointed it out. What a day well enough of my chit chat your turn!!!

Thought Brasil were pretty poor. They 'did an England' in winning without entertaining at all. Argentina looked much better in their first game. Ronaldo's clearly past it and living off his name alone. Hopefully the czechs or italians can give them a good run for their money in the second round. I'm bored of Brasil always being in the final.

As opposed to 'doing an Ireland,' ie doing neither but having such a session going on in the stands no one cares anyway. ;D Jammy, evil Germany get a last minute winner vs Poland to all but ensure their qualification. |
