I no rebbeca it can be very scary ecspecially at night and hes like my lil cuz's friend so when they sleep over he threatens to use the killing curse thats scary.

Say to him, "Is this Halloween? No. Then why are wearing those clothes? You'd look better in light colors like baby blue."
Here's one of my own creation:
Say to him that he would look so much scarier without the snake-nose. Remind him that it makes him look like Michael Jackson.
